Instead of that I'm missing - Jean Villot

my God, come to replace me in
everything that comes to me miss little by little,
as they age.

My strength,
replace them with more love,
with an easier way,
more sensitive to donate myself.

My enthusiasm, my spirit,
replace it with your smile;
you, so good with everyone,
you knew
acquiesce to what the others asked,
help me, not only to bear
and understand others,
but to take an interest in their projects.

My memory
ago 'that allows me
to remember what is better,
what is most beautiful in my life,
to share it with others.

My will,
is perhaps weak,
ago 'that folds nicely
desires reasonable
of those around me .

Radiate humbly
discreetly
by example.

My intelligence,
ago to accept with humility
of knowing less active
less bright, less rapid
but that applies more and more
on looking for you,
to know you
and to penetrate in me the promise of eternity
you do to all those who seek you.

Lord my God,
ago 'that is increasingly capable
to detach,
to forget, to give me.
with you and for you.
Amen.
